The partnerships are aimed at addressing the availability of much-needed ventilators, respirators and face shields, essential to the treatment of coronavirus patients, officials said Tuesday. 

Friday marked a glorious occasion for aspiring radiologists, but for many the merriment was muted because of restrictions on large gatherings.

The group noted that officials across the country are urging individuals to stay at home, where possible, and nonurgent imaging is no exception. 

Baltimore-based Johns Hopkins University’s School of Medicine grabbed the top spot, with Harvard and the University of California, San Francisco, rounding out the top three. 

A recent survey found that younger rads are turned off by corporatization in the specialty. Radiology Business spoke with the author to better understand the results.
