However, radiology dropped to 18th on the list of specialists when asked how they feel about their profession’s long-term future, according to new survey data from Medscape. 

Members of the specialty are more likely to trust domain-specific models when it comes to report generation support, research suggests. 

“From an operational perspective, these findings have implications for staffing and resource planning in emergency radiology departments serving high-tourism regions."

Leaders with the New York organization hope the project will help improve care coordination for those who need it the most. 

The product, which is offered within Elucid’s novel Plaque-IQ software suite, allows physicians to analyze lesion composition and plaque burden across any vessel.
