The healthcare giant announced an update related to how it delivers some of its widely used imaging products.

Penn Medicine handled roughly 270,000 radiology exams in its EDs last year, representing a 4.5-fold increase over a decade and necessitating workflow changes.  

The US Radiology Specialists affiliate has remained outside of Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey's network since April 1 but recently had a breakthrough.
