Investment firm sues ultrasound developer QT Imaging hoping to force completion of merger deal

Former managers of a Tampa Florida-based radiology company Advanced Diagnostic Group (ADG) and its employee stock ownership plan (ESOP) retirement benefit manager GreatBanc Trust Co. will pay $19 million to settle a class action lawsuit. GigCapital5 and the Novato, California-based ultrasound-maker first announced their intent to partner in December 2022, creating a company with combined value of $151M.
