Tech vendor Reveleer and policy analytics firm Mathematica released their 2025 State of Technology in Value-Based Care report, the findings of which show that AI adoption in healthcare is widespread—but integration is spotty.

Cardiology group thanks Taylor Swift for spreading word about nuclear stress testing

The American Society of Nuclear Cardiology (ASNC) is thanking Taylor Swift for speaking publicly about her father’s successful heart surgery after a nuclear stress test confirmed he had severe coronary artery disease. Taylor appeared on the New Heights podcast hosted by Jason and Travis Kelce to discuss a wide variety of topics, including her newest album, The Life of a Showgirl. It was her first podcast appearance ever, and it has already racked up more than 20 million views on YouTube alone.

When Taylor Swift speaks, the world listens. And when she recently appeared on a podcast for the very first time, she shared the story of how a nuclear stress test saved her father's life.

Joan Michaels, RN, director of the American College of Cardiology (ACC) National Cardiovascular Data Registry (NCDR) Transcatheter Valve Therapies (TVT) and IMPACT congenital heart registries, explains how TVT has helped reshape cardiology and the heart team approach.

The KardiaBand device from AliveCor is a more reliable tool for identifying atrial fibrillation (AFib) than the Apple Watch 4, according to a new head-to-head analysis published in JACC: Clinical Electrophysiology.

Radiation oncologists and other specialists wore the devices for six months at two pilot institutions, with promising initial results.
