The Sweden-based imaging IT and cybersecurity firm said it will deliver its storage solution as a fully managed cloud service to multiple sites. 

The publicly traded imaging center operator is adding Kingston-based River Radiology, which has billed itself as the oldest imaging group in Ulster County. 

Oklahoma will use Humata Health, a firm founded by “recovering radiologist” Jeremy Friese, MD, who said he had grown frustrated with the struggles of prior authorization. 

Moody’s noted that Blackstone and TPG are financing the transaction with $12.25 billion in debt, spread across three separate loans.

Such contract clauses are illegal in the state. However, physicians at St. Luke's Hospital in Duluth said they’re being pressured to sign them or face dismissal. 

The financial terms were not disclosed. The acquisition adds 400 new payers, health systems and employers who offer virtual care benefits to Fabric's portfolio.

SCAI feels this is the best way forward to try lowering mortality rates, but the group is asking cardiologists to help by gathering more data.
