Torrance, CA – February 19, 2014 - Shimadzu Medical Systems USA announced that it has added two companies to its North American network of regional x-ray equipment dealers to sell its entire product portfolio of x-ray and fluoroscopy systems. The companies are Cal-Ray Inc. of Oshkosh, Wisconsin and RPS Imaging of Michigan City, Indiana.
Cal-Ray will be the exclusive Shimadzu dealer for Wisconsin and the upper peninsula of Michigan. The company provides medical imaging products and services to all major medical facilities, independent medical specialty facilities, imaging centers and physician practices.
RPS Imaging will now be a source for Shimadzu systems and service in Illinois and central and southern Michigan. The company is the second largest independent radiology equipment sales and service provider in the Midwest and the seventh largest in the United States.
Cal-Ray and RPS Imaging began offering Shimadzu’s equipment in January 2014.
