AADCO Inc's deal with Esaote North America

Randolph, VT—February 13, 2014—After Months of discourse and negotiation AADCO and Esaote agreed to a deal that will allow AADCO to distribute Esaote's high value/high quality Ultrasound Equipment offerings throughout the USA. The Master Distribution Plan allows AADCO to represent Esaote in all hospital and private practice markets, only excluding podiatry, orthopedics and sports medicine specialties.

The deal between AADCO and Esaote North America, a premier manufacturer of medical devices, was nearly a year in the making. It allows Esaote to benefit from AADCO's expansive sales and marketing reach in the USA. Scott Byrne, President of AADCO Imaging, LLC was responsible for putting the deal together and steering it through the negotiation process.
