AI holds the promise of improving gerontology by making it more predictive, personalized, preventive and participatory. However, to get there, an equal number of pronounced risks must be negotiated.  

Its announcement comes on the same day that the FDA was set to resume regular imaging site inspections that have been on hold during the pandemic.

“This case should be taken into consideration as blood donation policies are being crafted," the researchers wrote.
