Pfizer recalls hypertension drug over cancer risk

The new recall includes five lots of medications distributed from December 2019 to April 2022. Similar products were also recalled back in March for the same reason. The FDA recalled Accupril from Pfizer.

Drug maker Pfizer has voluntarily recalled a hypertension drug due to the presence of a potentially cancer-causing nitrosamine.

Using drones to deliver automated external defibrillators (AEDs) is an effective way to reach patients suffering from out-of-hospital cardiac arrest (OHCA), according to a new analysis published in European Heart Journal.

Researchers in Sweden deployed drones during real-life emergencies, noting that the drone often arrived to the patient's location ahead of an ambulance.
